Office a great suite of products

The combination of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook provides most of the software a home user needs for everyday or even heavy use. I use mostly Excel and Word.

I think it costs too much and was a hassle to download it on to my laptop. Instructions need to be waaaaay more user friendly and this separate yearly payment needs to end already. Stop taking more money from us consumers.

After following ALL steps, somehow capabilities were missing. It was only after an appointment with the Geek Squad as well as phone call to Microsoft was the software fully functional.

What happened to the days of old when you loaded things like word or excel once and have it forever. Works great, but disappointed with the cost!

Some good improvements, but also more intrusive
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.There are some improved ways of doing things in Office 365, but I find it frustrating because it's more and more like Apple - "we'll organize it our way, don't try to change it to what you prefer". Worst example - OneDrive takes over and does its thing, now I'm never sure whether my files are saved on my PC.

Who Can Criticize Microsoft

One appreciated is the ability to covert pdf to Word. This is especially important since free conversions are no longer available. One difficulty: Text seems to move about of its own accord. Perhaps I am hitting something I should not.
