Difficult to stay signed in or to continue subscription

just wanted to upgrade home office, always works fine

Received a package upgrade when I bought my new desktop. An excellent value that the guy talked me into buying.

I’m very satisfied with my purchase. It’s been very nice to be able to do Word and Excel documents on my MacBook.

My daughter is enjoying Microsoft 365 Personal (1 person) (15-month subscription - Auto Renew) - Windows, Mac OS, Apple iOS, Android [Digital].

this works like past products from them. very reliable.

the office product is easy to access and install on pc.

I have experience this product and this item was a must. I enjoy utilizing these programs especially word and excel. I am looking forward to working with this product.

Great software that allows me to do my school work.

Great help and helpful assistance with the needs I wanted. I've used both products in the past and was not unhappy with the service provided. Also took the time to make sure that the products were installed and provided technical assistance where needed.

I do NOT like the fact that you can only "rent" office products from Microsoft! All I really wanted was WORD and EXCEL (and by the way, EXCEL is still problematic! I have contacted the Microsoft help team a couple times with no luck so far), but it appears that you can now only RENT their products - AND - you must rent the whole package! I do not use the other stuff so I feel that it is a WASTE OF MONEY! Unfortunalety, since Microsoft is a monopoly, I have no other choice since all of my documents are either WORD or EXCEL, so I am stuck over-paying for this software. But now, more painfully, I will have to keep paying over and over again, every year, for the same crappy software.

Office 365 is a great product. A lot of great features.

This product enables users to create more complex PowerPoint and videos creating a tools essential for studying and developing a powerful presentation.

To my surprise, when I activated the single user 365 software, Microsoft cancelled our family plan for the same product. Thus I had to uninstall and purchase the new 365 as a family. Thus I lost the purchase price of the single person plan. It was quite an ordeal to figure all this out and ensure our computer could be given "read to go" on Christmas. I deeply regret losing the purchase price of the single use plan At age 80, I have been left with a wide range of feelings and disappointment.
