This version of Office was very easy to load onto my new iMac, and has been excellent for my part-time editing and proofreading work. No problems at all, and many helpful features.

The program runs well on my new computer. I was totally dependent of the assistance from the person at Best Buy. He was most kind in assisting me.

Great office product , it contains most of the basic softwares. Adequate for mobile devices such as tablets ,iPads even cellphones... this is cool !

Rather than purchase a whole new Microsoft Office, after a year the computer will provide me the option to update to the newest version MS Office package. Great idea and works well for me. Thank you Best Buy for such a great product and friendly and very helpful service. You guys are truly the best buy.

This is a great product ,without it you are excluded in most of the business community besides other benefits like email, agenda,contacts and all you need to stay in the loop.

The best thing about Office 365 is that you can get your documents anywhere and anytime. You can work on documents from a hotel or home or your office. It takes a little longer to open than regular Office 2016 but without much trouble you can collaborate and share documents with anyone else who has 365.

This lap top is user friendly and light weight. Has a pretty good battery life. I wish it would have come with a cover.

Microsoft 365 is the best program software to ever have. what better way to use multiple programs for various services.

I enjoy Microsoft 365 for all my platforms; I do wish it were a one time purchase still though

we have always before purchased microsoft office for each computer, usually at a cost of several hunderd dollars each. with the speed of change in technology our new computers will be completely outdated before that cost could be justified. "Leasing" office is a much more cost effective way to use the product.

Had to buy a laptop. My old laptop screen cracked. Then I had to get the Microsoft 360 to add to my new laptop. It was easy to install. No issues at all.

This purchase was excellent for my home and business. I definitely recommend to buy it.

It takes a long time, sometimes over an hour, to get a person the telephone. Also, the information provided states 24 hr, 7 days per week. I have called and it stated it closed at 8Pm. Whats up????

I already have MS Office 365 (family) on my old laptop, which I pay about $130/year for. The salesperson told me BestBuy can sell me the Personal version for $50/year. I told him that if it's only for one year, it's not worth it for me to switch. He assured me that I can pay the same cost every year afterward. I bought the license, but found out later that it only works for one year. I returned later to find the salesperson, but he was not around anymore. I have not activated the license yet. BestBuy should refund the money to me.

Great Software thanks BestBuy for such an amazing gift . it was great to have this for free for a while to use and see if i like it before buying 12-month subscription
