Essential to any computer being used for school great deal!!

Word and Excel are a must for me and Office 365 always delivers. It has more capabilities than in the past and I could probably use a review course to unlock its full potential.

This comes with all the Microsoft office programs I needed and was quick & easy to download to my PC. The Best Buy associate I purchased this from was extremely helpful in guiding me through the instructions over the phone.

I’m happy with Microsoft and all of its products. However, I miss the days where you could purchase the product and not have to pay a subscription annually. This is why I gave this three stars.

Great program and overall bundle deal when you compare it to getting the monthly subscription or 12 month subscription. Highly reccomend for students.

The problem I encountered had to do with the transfer of data and programs from my old HP Envy PC to the new HP Pavilion PC. In particular the transfer of my Outlook system (emails, contacts, calendar, etc.) was very flawed and after spending several hours with two members of your Geek Squad their suggestion was to call Microsoft and see if they could help me. I'm still dealing with the consequences of that botched transfer. There were issues with other data such as all of my photos were transferred twice with a name suffix of ",old" appended to each file name. I had to carefully manually delete 20K+ duplicates to fix that problem.

Bought Microsoft 365 when I purchased my new laptop the end of October 2022. The download and installation from the website was flawless, no problems at all.

Was kinda upset my computer did not come with Microsoft other than that office is great for business purposes and I use it a lot

I little expensive but everything right now is crazy but i do need it to work and to keep important things and is easy to use if you know how to use it.

Can’t run a home business without 365. From designing ad material to spreadsheets.

I don’t care for bing and the intrusive features of the product. I’m sure it has to do with getting the proper settings. I’m dyslexic and old, so more likely just me. And the Microsoft news page that pops up is inane and distracting. I will need to disable that feature. Haven’t sorted out how to save excel pages to attach to files. Some do and some don’t. Some pop up hints/dialogue have been useful

This is an excellent value if your have multiple devises and you use the Microsoft programs.
