Microsoft Microsoft 360 was one of the best things that ever purchased and it’s a great deal and my daughter is loving it.

I have used Office for many years and have been happy with it. Normally I have gotten the version with Publisher with it to for various newsletters that I do. I wasn't happy that this new version did not have it, but the price was right.

Absolutely needed to use word, excel and more, weather homework or business. Able to access and write documents, pdf and more.

I was pressured and scammed into buying this by the Best Buy salesperson. I already had Microsoft 365, but they said if I bought this I would save $50, I'd get refunded on my other one for what was left. Completely untrue. I wasn't even able to download this one yet because my old Microsoft 365 is still current. Hopefully the code won't expire. I think the product itself is fine.

Usual issues with passwords and then time with download which took forever and then said there were errors

Great love it, I use 365 at work, now I can use it at home.

I'm sure my only issue is that I need some training in all the features and use of the program. It is different from what I am used to so it takes me longer when I am trying to do something. That, I'm sure, is only due to user's lack of knowledge with this updated version of Microsoft office.

Ease to operate. Quicker key stroke response. Touch screen is a new experience to me

Great value for the MS Suite. Easy setup, and Ms Copilot is fantastic.

This has a feature on it that checks your computer for viruses. You dont have to have 2 separate programs.

I was please with my previous MS Office Suites but when I purchased my new laptop it didn't come with a disc insert so I was forced to purchase this annual subscription.

This product is working fine but needs to be more interactive and user friendly. At times it's quite confusing to use.

It's Microsoft Office, so what is there to say? The program has become a bit bloated over the years, and it sucks that you have to pay an annual fee to use it, but it's still the gold standard in word processing programs.

Not a fan that you have to pay for this as a subscription - seems like a rip off since it's literally a requirement to use for basic features of a laptop for anything work related.
