Not a fan that you have to pay for this as a subscription - seems like a rip off since it's literally a requirement to use for basic features of a laptop for anything work related.

Geek Squad fixed an annoying problem if the mouse did not always move where it was suppose to go.

Software was easy to install, Has templates Docs and many other features. want to use it more before I decide to renew. But so far no complaints.

Just bought a Lenovo Yoga laptop and added this software which includes Defender, Word, Excel and more.

For the money, this is one of the best shredders I have seen. The auto shred function is simpler and quicker dong the job, and it cuts off only after all pages are shred without jamming the blades.

Helps me in a lot of areas I need for my personal use

I mistakenly purchased this thinking it would give me more microsoft word features on my chromebook. It does but it is still not word on a regular computer. I like that it comes with 1Tb of online storage. However, I do not like that you have to pay an annual fee to keep.

I do not like the fact we need to pay for this software. It should come included in computers and certainly not something you need to keep paying for in the future.

I am pleased with Microsoft 365 since the appearance of screens (primarily in Word 10) look pretty much the same. Sometimes with a major upgrade, screens change so much it takes awhile to figure things out again.

Very good, though additional explanation is necessary for the beginner to use. This was purchased mainly for Word but there is SO much more available at my fingertips...just need help learning.

As a Microsoft Office user since it was introduced, I'm unhappy with the forced use of One Drive. Although I have a full older version of office installed on my desktop, I purchased 365 for my new laptop without realizing that every time I want to open an old Excel file saved on my desktop to reference it, I have to first upload it to One Drive. As I have scores of Excel files that I reference from time to time, having to upload to the cloud every time I want to look at one is both time consuming and overkill. I will not be renewing my subscription.

Working great. I have been using older versions of office for years and has been great product.Got a good deal with purchase of laptop.

I am planning to cancel this subscription as soon as I can get a full version Microsoft word.

A must have for any computer, although it would be better to only have to buy it once not every year
