The price is fair. I do many projects in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word and thought it was worth the money. It was easy to install and has worked great so far.

Has all of the programs that someone would need for a home office or student.

Use Excel often. A must have for us. Having Outlook, Word and PowerPoint helps too!

DO NOT purchase from Best Buy. Despite statements that you can upgrade this product to a family account, you cannot. This is NOT the same as a Microsoft license. This is despite assurances in-store, on the phone and in the Q&A for this product. Best Buy customer service is completely useless as it pertains to this. I highly recommend to save yourself some headache and purchase the license directly from Microsoft. There is no benefit to buying it from Best Buy. It will only lead to headaches in the long run.

Not using everything yet; waiting for some help from family.

I like that I can buy a year subscription, versus month-to-month or a six month subscription. Microsoft is a great investment, but many friends are turning to Google Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc. because it is free.

I haven't switched over to this completely yet. Microsoft keeps inserting itself such as even though I chose Chrome as my browser it keeps coming up and with other offers, too.

I am enjoying learning about using these programs. Will definitely help me Tremendously in getting and staying organized in my business. The only reason its Not a 5 is the print is So Small on How you need to get it registered & downloaded that I had to get my kids to help me gigure it out.

I can't imagine not having MS 365. Even though I don't use the suite of products as much as I used to when I was working, it's like best friends...they're there when you need them.

I love it I don't have a lot of viruses or and I can use micro 360 to make my computer safe

My Microsoft programs were so old, this has been a great learning experience. The touchscreen makes it so convenient.

Best suited to users who want both touch screen and keyboard. This was installed on my new laptop. Otherwise, I was satisfied with Windows 7 and would have been happy to stick with it for a while. Overall, I'm ok with Windows 10, but not blown away. It still doesn't seem as elegant as iOS.
