When I upgraded to Office 365, I realized quickly how great the 1TB of online storage was to be able to share files between all my computers, including Mac & Windows, home and work. Makes life so much easier and I don't think I'll ever need to use another thumb drive again!

Must need for a learning tool into windows programs. It does help being a Total Tech customer to Best Buy on purchases such as these.

Not liking this as much as I thought I would. I'm hating that another part of this program is being offered ever other day or so. Very disturbing....

It has been made very easy to use over the years. I dont think it should a subscription, it should be a one time purchase.

It's pretty much a requirement on any computer these days. The personal suite is a good value and works great, as expected.

This is my first time to use Office 365. I wasn't sure how it would work since it is a subscription service. So far I've liked it. I've only had one issue where it wouldn't work correctly. I don't remember what the error message was, but the next time I used it, it worked fine.

I didn't know it was a monthly subscription when i bought it and ended up returning it. When i buy something i expect to pay for it ones. Also i wasn't told that it was a subscription when i bought it

I actually went from Microsoft Word 2003 to this version. Quite a jump. I'm a writer and for me the old version was quite adequate for composing just not for other technology interface. Perhaps if you were changing from a more recent version of Word to this one it would be easier; but I found this version to be particularly difficult to navigate with too many non essential options mixed in and not clearly demarcated from the basic tools. I found I had to do a great deal of trial and error to just find the basics for writing and this was time consuming and frustrating. Sometimes Microsoft makes changes that are very difficult to use. This is one example. BTW, I went from XP Home OS to 8.1. I found this similarly making unnecessary hard to navigate changes.
