    The Geek Squad updated software and did the "annual" clean up on my computer. They did a great job and I would definitely go back to them again as well as recommend them to my family and friends.

    I didn't have a lot of expectations for the laptop version of the program, but once I got it installed, it was actually pretty effective for linking to videos. Normally I have a major issue with it, but the linking function is more robust than in previous Powerpoint versions.

    It was a pain to get set up and the Geek Squad were a bit baffled and indicated they had issue before with old outlook accounts. I had to have a friend help me. For some reason, it would not map to my Outlook 2007 account. We had to google it and it had something to do with one being on an Imap server and the other an Ipop server. It was a big headache and there is no way to contact microsoft for help. Good thing we were able to figure it out.

    I am not so good at excel programs so I am plan on attending classes so I bought Microsoft 365 but I discover "cloud" I can hide everything and set up 2FA to protect. I am happy.
