    Had to purchase a new subscription for my new computer. It works just fine. Did notice Word does not have as many fonts as my old subscription though/

    Salesman says I needed a new subscription of Microsoft so I bought it. Then Geek Squad no you already have a subscription. Best Buy manager refused to refund; said call Microsoft. Microsoft said no, the third party seller must refund. Called Best Buy customer service, they said go to store personally and ask manager again. I live 90 miles from Wichita and already made two trips. My next step is to contact Best Buy Corporate in Minnesota.

    I had some work done by the Geek Squad. Jeff was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed. He recommended a better option for me. The work was done much sooner than expected.
