This is a great option, especially for those lap tops and computers that done have these word programs; I think its a wonderful buy, but I didn't know that my laptop already had these on it. I realized it after I had opened the box and tried downloading it.

Easy to install and worked right away. Didn’t have to go through 20 Tutorials before you could jump right in.

MS 365 is an excellent program. It provides me with all I need to conduct business transactions.

I got this free for a year when I purchased my laptop from Best Buy. It's decent software but it is very unfortunate that Microsoft makes you pay a yearly subscription fee for this software

Tech took time and made effort to resolve issues I was having with my lap top. Walked out with my computer fixed. Was impressed by the tech’s patience.

I'm still getting used to this and have a lot to learn. I believe it will be a good experience. The only problem I've encountered so far is losing my email directory.

More marketing driven strategy than for any pragmatic purpose. By spending money manufacturing physical packaging for a 1 yr license for the use of MS's suite of office software when web based distribution is far superior both enviromentally and financially.

Its Ok for what it offers, I personally prefer the open source counterpart - OpenOffice which is compatible with OSX,Win,Linux. If you like subscriptions then this is for you. I don't see the value though.

got this with new computer... works well... upgrade for me from 2010... I do wish it had more options for themes like older versions did... also would be better if the colors of the icons were different... outlook and word are almost the same blue, so have to stop and look closely when both are open on taskbar to make sure I hit the right one... excel and publisher are very similar also but rarely have them open at same time, so not as big an issue... getting use to other changes as I go...was definitely happy that publisher was included

I'm not a huge Microsoft fan, but their core software is usually pretty good, and Microsoft Office for my son's laptop is perfect for his college needs. It's a good balance of tools for work or college, and a reliable investment.
