First time using the cloud version and find it to be easy to navigate.

The programs were easy to load. We honestly haven't needed to use them much but hope to soon.

My first time around with buying a subscription based copy of Office (most recently having had Office 2013). Process to download and configure was easy enough, and went right to it. A few format changes since 2013, but that's to be expected. Overall, happy enough. I'm still not thrilled with the thought of paying an annual subscription fee rather than an update at the time of my choosing, but that unfortunately is the way of the world.

It was a excellent purchase because my son my son uses it for school.

So many things this well do. My son uses it for college and it does everything you need plus. Also was able to use on two products. great buy.

Good package but I wish it had access. I think the business card may include access.

Hesitant to purchase Microsoft subscription program. So far so good. Multiple features and enhancements not avail w standard programs. Track sticks, budgeting (direct linking available).

I like the solid feel to this laptop after working with other models that were more plastic than anything else. I am also liking the 2 in 1 as this is my first experience with one.

Microsoft, as always, is the "go-to" for office-based software. The jury is still out as to whether I am happy that it has gone "subscription-based." I guess at least I'll always be current!

Do not always like these type of software subscriptions services. But Geek Squad says I gotta, so I do it.

I haven't used it yet, because I need to learn how, but it was on my computer when I started it up.

I am super pleased with the service that I received from Best Buy on the purchase of this laptop. It's the right system for me.

Works correctly in new laptop and does not need Webroot.
