Perfect for personal use

Installation and set up was easy and it's pretty user friendly. I liked being able to chose which programs I installed so I didn't have to use space on ones I didn't need.

For one thing it contains too much for which I have little use as am I very familiar with Word and Excel, and that is about it. My original download was the 2007 versions of both. As with the Dell laptop, I am hopeful that the folder by folder review of the Control Panel will lead me to an online owner's manual for this application. I am happy to have purchased it but feel technologically challenged.
