Supposedly I purchased a plan giving me access to 365 on 5x computers. There is no way to contact MS about a replaced computer. Their Customer Service contact is not useful.

This subscription has a lot of features that will no doubt be useful in the future. Word contains several different templates - even resumes. Also included is 60 minutes a month of Skype, which comes in handy for people that use it.

100% pleased with Microsoft 365 Personal

I haven't encountered anything that stumped me for more than a couple of minutes. I am especially happy with Sheets. It has taken over my fairly complex Excel workbooks and handled them perfectly. At first I was a little surprised (and frustrated) that auto-save of files -- every few seconds -- is the default and is, apparently, not optional. Now, I think I'm finding the auto-save feature pretty slick. All things considered, I am totally pleased and would recommend Microsoft 365 very highly.
