To have all the different software applications for such a small amount of money is truly a deal that i could not pass up. No more concerns about sending or sharing a document with someone about compatability. The software is updated continuously and when a new version is available then you get that also. The biggest surprise was with the purchase of Office 365 Personal you get 1 TerraByte of OneCloud FREE !

I love that Microsoft Office came with my Mac because I am a business person and Microsoft Office can be very expensive.

Good for making docs... but downloading application can be confusing because can’t tell when it is completely downloaded

The new Microsoft 365 (1 person) is completely different then the Microsoft 365 I am use to using. I have not used this product in 5 years and thought it would be the same. I used the Word program and although it has a lot of features that are great to use, it also has a lot of new Wording and the features are completely different. The best part is that it comes with a tutorial that explains how to use the new Microsoft 365, so I highly recommend reading it if you have not used it in a while like I have. The name is different as well. Back in the day we called it Microsoft Office or Suites. So when purchasing it, I was looking for what I was use to using. It wasn't until they gave it to me free for a few months that this subscription was what I was looking for. I admit the pricing is high but it's best to get the Microsoft 365 with unlimited users especially if everyone in the household has their own device and you do not want them wasted so much time using your device. They may have other products you can use instead of Microsoft 365 but I am not aware of it. However, I will look around before renewing my subscription to see if someone is cheaper than Best Buy or microsoft.

I really just needed to update Excel and Word from 2013, but this came with a whole bunch of automatic changes that are just confusing for me but probably not for most tech savvy people. A Geek Squad person was able to help me get it to where I could do what I need. I still have to sign into Microsoft to get Excel and Word to work properly, but I can deal with that. I would only recommend it to friends that real tech savvy.

Needed this for business so this gives you versatile & easy to use software applications. I called Microsoft support for a little tech installation support & I spoke to a customer service rep right away & quickly resolved my issue . I use these tools every day so this was a smart purchase & it is “one solution across your devices” I have it on the iPad Pro & my apple iPhone X

Office 365 makes business and personal communication a no brainer.

Worth the purchase. Especially if you like to update your resume/cover letter when needed.

We purchased this for work, we use excel and word mostly

I rate the MS 365 a 3 only because I had never paid an annual membership for my old MacBook Air. I do not use these applications very much but I do use Word & Excel occasionally. For my purpose it’s an expensive annual requirement.
