I need word and power point mostly, which I use for school work. I did not like that office only sells digital subscriptions that auto renew. I would prefer to purchase the software once or have it preloaded on the computer. That is my only complaint. Windows is a good operating system and functionality has been perfect thus far.

SINCE I PURCHASED AN OPEN BOX I WAS HAVIING TRUBBLE ACCESSING THE PROGRAM. I CALLED BEST BUY CAME IN THEY GAVE ME THE 1YR SUBSCRIPTION FOR FREE WENT HOME TYPED IN THE AUTH CODE AND "BOOM" IM IN SIMPLE AS THAT!!! NO HASSEL NO NEED TO TALK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE NO TRUBBLE UNDERSTANDING INSTRUCTIONS AND THE PROGRAM COULDNT BE BETTER...

MS Office pack fits my needs

I chose this option because it would automatically be updated when new versions of MS Office software come to market. It was easy to install and provides all the software options I need for work and personal use. I ordered online and picked up in store. Love the ease of that option!
