This is a good product, but expensive for someone who really only needs Excel and does not need to have it upgraded.

I don't really know of a better office program out there!! Its affordable and gives you anything you could possibly need. I couldn't have a computer with out it!

This office software is very good for my budget. It was good having it already installed when I picked it up.

The Microsoft 365 program provides me with the tools that I need to do my daily tasks.

Standard set up, quick to install on our new computer, Skype works well on my phone despite not being a Skype fan.

this was a replacement for an existing program I bought with the computer. It is typical of Microsoft products and I have had no problems with it.

I feel that Microsoft office 365 should be included on the laptop being purchased.

This is the standard office software suite that all regular users should have, period. My only real complaint is that math equations have a history of not converting correcting when going from PC to Mac and vice-versa. These problems appear to be getting better with 365's updates. I will say that I like the Mac version better than the PC version due to better functionality.

First time buying this item. Everything works fine, except the inconvenience to cancel the automatic renewal.

Given the price of MS Office licensing and the average lifetime of our PC's, we decided the subscription route was best for us. Install from the internet went flawlessly, and product works as intended. Multiply the annual fee times the expected life of your equipment and compare that to the one-time purchase fee to determine the best value for your individual needs.

This is kind of annoying to have to pay for a critical piece of software FOREVER, but it does work and its relatively cheap.

I use both Mac and PC.... it had been a while since needing to use Windows and a PC, but Office 365 certainly has plenty of the typical programs a user would want.
