I did take a star away since Microsoft makes you purchase the online now instead of the desktop version which ends up being more expensive (but you do always stay updated)

It is easy to download and seems to offer more features with each upgrade. I would definitely recommend it for all users of Windows.

Classic Office Software Suite Endures

But it was painless when I finally made the switch. For the most part, the products are what I used at my former employer(s) and work well for my needs. However, I wish there were better tutorials for us non-corporate users so I could learn to use the products more effectively.

There was no disc to buy just a yearly subscription. That was a disappointment. Features work good no complaints with product.

I have a receipt and chose not to auto renew. However after 4 failed attempts to fix best buy not only has my subscription to auto renew anyway (without my consent) AND ARE CHARGING ME MONTHLY FOR THE SOFTWARE I PAID FOR IN FULL. THAT AND 4 SEPARATE ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT TO FIX. NOBODY HAS HELPED ME. IM LEFT WITHNO CHOICE BUT CONTACT MY BACK REGARDING THE FRAUDULENT MONTHLY CHARGES AND THE INABILITY TO CANCEL AUTO RENEW MYSELF OR WITH ANY BEST BUY EMPLOYEE

Easy to use with all the Microsoft tools you need to succeed at school or work or both. Lots of freer tutorials on how to use each tool. Simply the BEST!

So far I have nothing negative to say. It has make everything so easy for me. I found it easy to installed and to use. I would definitely recommend for whomever needs it to get the 15th months version it would safe you money in the long run

GREAT HOME OFFICE IT ASSISTANT

This new Microsoft 365 Personal software meets all my needs. Once I had time to familiarize myself with this new software package, I found it relatively easy to use. As I do more and more projects, I am using more and more of the different functions included in this software and I find it a great IT assistant
