I like this computer overall for the cost. The build of the computer needs to be more sturdy. Also, I would have liked the package to include a mouse.

I got this as part of a bundle deal so it was worth it. Would of been great if it wasn't only good for 1 year.

Not much you can say about Microsoft Office products. They work well and I am a huge fan. Since the subscription is the only option now, you just have to deal with it. I am not going to ding the product because of the delivery method and cost.

This was awarded to me when I made a purchase. Having this software has been very useful.

I purchased office 365 from best buy. However i did not receive the 1 Tb of storage that comes with the subscription. Best Buy refused to help me. They said to call microsoft. Microsoft said to call best buy. Best Buy would not take my call. I will no longer do business with best buy because they do not support what they sell

Microsoft Office is still the best suite of software for small business. I don't like the yearly fee but all software is heading to subscription base.

I’m not very big into technology. Didn’t really understand why I needed it on top of what was already preloaded on the computer, but my family helped me apply it.

Product exactly what I expected. works well for home usel.

This is great to not have to pay the 400.00 for the software. and you get all the newest updates as long as you renew each year.

Please take this with a grain of salt. I moved from Windows XP to Windows 7 and now to Windows 10. Years ahead of its time. However, I am only using the basics on Office 365 for a small business (email, MS Office Suite {Word, Powerpoint etc.}). There are a number of features that I am adding in this evolution, but am excited to keep learning.

This is an extra added option on my new computer. It was easy load in the PowerPoint option works great made it very easy to do my work at home instead of at the job. Would have been a lot better if this option was already preloaded on my computer. I would've paid for and it would've been a lot easier that way but all in all it worked great.

Great decision on the purchase of Microsoft 365, very satisfied.

Simple and quick to load. All the basic software for writing and bookkeeping.

Cool price for 15 month for 365 which is included for cloud storage.
