The Newest Versions of Word and Excel are the Best

I'm so happy I upgraded to the new Microsoft Office!

A laptop with everything

The 16 inch screen is taller than most. The speakers are very sharp and efficient. The backlit keyboard is my wife's favorite. Pleanty of Ram and plenty of power. The battery life is well above average and recovery time is very good. I have not found a weakness with this Dell laptop in any area.

adequate lap top for a decent price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The guy who helped me tried to hard to upgrade me...not everyone who does grahic design needs a design computer...I knew what I needed coming in, and instead of answering my questions directly, he kept trying to get me to spend out of my budget. When I finally took a firm approach and told him "no, that's too much, this is my budget"...he had the audacity to recommend I put it on my credit cards and make monthly payments, I went from frustrated to angry...I don't need a best buy clerk trying to get up in my finances... I just wanted to come in and buy a computer..should have taken less than a half an hour..took over an hour. The product is good...I just wish that the clerk was more concerned with my needs and budget rather than his up-selling.
