Best laptop I have ever had…super lite, great graphics

The capability to be able to type up documents on my tablet and this works great.

Had been using Office under their monthly subscription option for the last year or two. When I purchased my newest computer I purchased the 1 year subscription because of the amazing price. Instead of spending 7 dollars a month (84 dollars a year) on Office, it was 30 dollars for the year. Great deal.

I bought this to use on a new iMac, but decided I didn't need it and returned it.

So i bought the laptop, and right away it was slow, loud, and froze. I thought it was something wrong with the laptop so i brought it in within my 15 days and exchanged it. I was wrong, the new laptop does the SAME thing! not as bad, but for spending the amount of money i expected it to be alot faster than my 5 year old laptop. Not impressed, the touchscreen isn't even that great. I wouldn't recommend it.

After loading the first subscription was confusing to know if the second purchase to extend another year would add on or extend the out the date on the subscription. After reaching out to geek squad and loading, I needed to wait about 5 mins to see the updated subscription. Otherwise easy to do.

This had every program I need for my family for work and school and I love that you can put it on more than one computer.

So nice not to have to store and keep track of the software discs!! And I have access to everything via the internet!

I haven’t really used it yet, but Microsoft is a very good product.

The use of the commands on the tablet touch screen through me for a little bit, but I understood why they were that way so it was quick to get going. I also liked the ease of file sharing, since I am old school I would do most updating on the tablet, but certain other updates and final reviews on my PC.
