    I had an update cause an error on my harddrive. They were able to recover all my files. I forgot to write down my Microsoft ID and password, so I had to get a new one and start over. They cancelled my other auto renewal for thg he told one. Everything works great now.

    I bought this with my ladies new laptop. Her responsibilities at work have increased with a new promotion and the programs this package offers have met her work needs. This version of Office has been a lot easier to work with than previous versions. Fantastic for office workers and students.
