Have no issues at the moment, just don't like buying it every year, it should be something that is permitted with the computer and only need updates as needed.

Immediately after making purchase, mandatory information required to proceed... Becomes SPAM target instantly! Throw away email used fortunately. BEWARE!

This cloud-based software is indistinguishable from the software of old. I hate the intrusive update system that seems to constantly need attention. I dislike the ribbon menu, as it invariably makes me search for items. Tables have something weird going on with text. I can see that MS is trying to improve the software, but they should pick up the pace.
