Very easy to set up and install as the laptop walked me through each step by verbal commands. One year subscription. Very happy with the output.

For me, the old program was much easier to use, but it is on the old computer which is dead. Excel also is much more complicated, have to get a friend to help me with it. The help functions don't help much..

With my minimum use for only personal purposes I find this product to be only somewhat reliable but not worth what I paid for it.

I also love that it was cheaper with the purchase of a computer!

It just seems that would be a wiser and more prudent move. The product itself does a good job in all aspects. I use Word more often than any other item and it does a good job.
