Took the documents from my old computer, added them to the new HP Pavillion and was able to access all my old documents without any problems. Love having the Geek Squad set everything up for me.

However, Microsoft has recently increased the price by $30/year with the forced addition of Copilot, despite its dubious usefulness. Microsoft offers a way to "downgrade" to the Classic version (keeping the original price and features, without Copilot). Unfortunately, if you purchased your subscription through Best Buy, this is not an option for you. Best Buy refuses to allow this downgrade option. It took two hours with support and 12 transfers to find this out. There is no way to purchase the cheaper "Classic" version without downgrading an existing account, which Best Buy will not allow, which means you are locked into the more expensive version with no alternative.
