Not happy everything on my phone backs up on the free Google Drive memory I get. I have adjusted what backs up from my phone, we'll see how it all works.

We bought this along with the Dell laptop as a Christmas gift. I cannot say much about it until after Christmas when we install it on tyhe new laptop. We have to have this for the kids and their homework and for us when needed.

A well designed and speedy little laptop. I am very pleased with it's speed and operation.

It's a solid product that does everything needed and expected, but is ruined by the fact it is subscription based. Unless you are purchasing this product for a personal business / company, the value of these Microsoft Applications is no longer there. Google sheets and docs works in a similar manner, and it is FREE. I think it is time to say goodbye to this subscription based crap...

Although I have a word processing software with my Apple Airbook having Word in Office 365 is a must if you want to send and share files. It performs well with user friendly interface. Just what you would expect from an Office product.

The 5k Retina Screen is the bomb.com!! A big upgrade in color clarity from the mac book pro

Microsoft Office 365 is what is. It is necessary to complete a multitude of task. No problems.

This system has been amazing to use and to try to get personal and professional projects done.

I informed the associate that I had a 365 account, and he told me the computer did not have microsoft installed and I had to buy this prosuct.However, when I set up my device, my subscription was automatically updated and installed. Now, I am stuck with a product I didnt need or use and no way to get a refund, because there is no Best Buy within 2 hours' drive.

Great product! I use this as a full time student and it functions very well for what I need.

This is an incredible program for the money. I whole heartedly recommend it.

I had a great deal of difficulty getting this software to connect to my cox email account. I spent hours on the phone with Best Buy and Cox but it was finally Microsoft who was able to get me connected (after several hours as well). Once it was done, it works great.

It contains the standard Suite of Programs. I'm a little frustrated about the whole subscription to use the programs though. I may try an aftermarket clone product for Word and Excel when this subscription expires..... Not a fan of the subscription thing at all!!!!

Microsoft office has expanded my ability to write essays and do school work.
