You will not find a better suite of tools to get your everyday school work or office work done. I hhighly recommend this product.

Love the help I received from Best Buy prior to purchase, the sales staff was very informative!

Finally Geek Squad tried a different activation code [it was fewer digits than required so it did not work either] and then connected me to the MS helpline [the phone # of which I had fruitlessly pursued for hours around the MS circular screen...] It is now connected.

With this feedback, Microsoft came out with Office 365 (subscription based only) versions and Office 2016 versions sold at a one-time retail price and you own it forever. If you try to download it the first time and it doesn't work, I had to factory reset my mac (brand new so nothing to back up) and tried again at a location with stronger WiFi and there were no problems.

All my old files opened. I knew the old version inside and out. Transition was easy, navigating very slight learning curve. Very happy with the software.

There are no explanations and the only hope is to google a question and spend tons of time trying to figure out what used to be the simplest task. Some things which were loaded on the computer by the Geek Squad are there, but NOT there!
