Product is fine, but there is no upgrade path

I really wanted the multi-user version, so when I tried to "buy up" to that one, I couldn't. I had to outright purchase the multi-user, which left a single-user one unused. Waste of money, so it ended up not being free for me at all. The product itself is fine, does everything Office usually does.

A great package at a good price

When I bought my new computer, the same package was offered for a year for fifty bucks. So I'm saving money! Nothing wrong with that. I had no problems installing the package and it's working great.

I think this really should be offered for atleast 1 year when u purchase a new laptop or atleast 6 months. But it is what it is . Product does what is suppose to and is needed .

Although is was installed properly, I did not realize that I had to still sign in. I think a page of instructions would help.

Expensive but worth it

Best Buy is good with reminders to renew and still has some of the best prices for electronics and software.
