Love Office 365!

I'm pretty sure I'll be renewing when the one-year subscription is up, but at least this way I'll know if it's right for me or not.

Great product

Not only did I get Word, Outlook, Access, Excel and One Note, but I also received a subscription to One Drive with one TB of storage. I have been able to back up my important files in the cloud.

Some initial glitches but now working as intended.

I had some initial issues with Outlook that were very frustrating. In the past I've added an email account in minutes with no issues. However, with this version, it assumed my email account was education or a business and I didn't realize until it wasn't working that was my issue. Once I realized the issue, the software would not allow me to delete the set up and start over. I was on hold with Microsoft literally for hours waiting to get assistance. Once I did get through to a customer service rep, I was able to give them control so that they could delete the incorrect account set up so I could start over. I've been using the software for a month now and have had no other issues.

Best office software available

I've tried other office suites before but keep coming back to MS Office. It has the features that I want, makes great looking documents, and is the industry standard in the business world.
