I am very pleased with the product and, for the most part, it is mostly easy to use.

Don't scratch to hard but easy to install

I've never had this happen before. I had to go back to the store to get a new one. It is very sensitive to rub off. It was easy to install though.

Like it or not, MS Office is the standard for regular docs like projects, presentations and spreadsheets. A subscription is easier that paying a load of money for a perpetual license that will be obsolete in 3 or 4 years...
