Nice having the latest version of Word, as my last version was 2007. Having the entire suite is very handy, and so far everything has performed flawlessly.

Every software works perfectly have not had any problems with Microsoft , excel or PowerPoint have used the other software yet.

I bought an open book @ excellent condition. It turns out there was problem charging computer after 1 week. Cable to adapter connected to computer for charging was no good. Had to go to Apple to replace it with manufactures warranty because Best Buy didn’t. Very dissatisfied with that!

Great laptop!

I have had an HP for the last 20 Years or so, but this time we purchased a Microsoft Surface Laptop and so far, we love it. It is fast and full of extras.

Awful

Outlook is awful. I had been using Outlook 2013 but upgraded. 365 will not sync my Contacts in Classic mode but will in modern mode. 365 only has an on line archive so I can't archive to an outside drive forcing me to use classic for archiving. Outlook classic will sync my calendar with my phone, but 365 will not. The result is I hobble along using both classic and modern for different functions with little confidence in the result. I should have take the advice of the BB tech and just used google. The problem is I have a large archive file that I need to access.
