Very easy to install. Had to have it. Somehow "lost" my Word program when I got a new computer and had stuff transferred from old to new computer.

The most comfy effective way I found to get the Microsoft office suite

if you are old school office fan then you gone love this 365 as well. one drive is really cool only drawback is the subscription option which is bit costly what I think. apart from them I haven't faced any drawbacks till now

My 2002 Dell gave up the ghost so I HAD to buy a new laptop. The Best Buy sales rep did not try to up-sell me, which I really really appreciated. I didn't want/need a touch screen or a large screen, and I needed basic software (word processing, a few basic games) and for about $350 that's what I bought. I must admit that I liked my earlier version of Microsoft Word better than this updated version. I don't like the weird screen that greets me as I start up my computer (demented Rings of Saturn). I had some trouble with stuff in the beginning, but HP was always there for me, even if I had to go to India for help (those reps were knowledgeable and patient - loved them.) I can run my new Epson printer off this computer. I am still having issues but I have resigned myself to progress.

Great product that was easy to download and use. Love the ability to "get right to work" with this built-in bundle that came with the computer.

I have used it for two months. It provides you with many options for computer use. It's a very useful program..Check it out, it's well worth the extra cash spent.

microsoft 365 has been very convenient due to work, pleasure and business ventures. It also has skype was has been helpful due to covid19. i highly recommend it !

Microsoft does it again with he suite of programs. All are easy to use and perform as advertised.

This is very helpful. We ordered it for my son for college. He also can create things using it like cards business cards and letters and write papers.

I have purchased and used at least eight computers from different Best Buy stores from the time they opened. This computer is by far the BEST computer that I have owned. As a Private Investigator, I depend on portability, Speed, memory, and service when needed. The above computer is not only the best but Best Buy is the BEST store to buya computer.

Getting the 365 card with our laptop was a must...
