Very good and easy to use. Helping a lot in class.

So far, the Microsoft Personal works as well as our old Microsoft. The only objection I have is that it is a yearly subscription now--they no longer offer a one-time purchase so I'll have to pay to renew this every year. So I'm not happy with that.

Program helps me with my school need. Easy to use.

I bought this when I got a new computer in December, so far it’s doing the job , the real test is 2 or 3 years down the road

Great price for members. Tried installing this unit but still haven't figyres it out.

It was installed on my Asus Lap Top PC. I am retired from work force now. I used the Microsoft at work i in the past. But now, i only use it very minimally. I use my PC just to search, to study simple things, and connect with friends. I do not do logistics or statistical analysis, or research.

Got this for free with my laptop purchase from Best Buy. Works seamlessly with my ipad and the Lenovo tablet. No complaints what so ever.

Easey to install and use. I like the fact you can download docs as well as have them stored in the cloud.

It is a great product it can help you in your life in work and at school. 100% recommended.

Microsoft 365 bought for my laptop does what I needed to it to do would recommend .

Didn't actually use this. I went back to the store and traded it for Office 2019. Just didn't want the subscription thing.

I love the ease of use ad makes doing my nursing school homework easy. It's also perfect for personal use for resumes and recipes!!

The rub off paper covering over the hidden 25 digit number was not completely legible.I could only read about 15 of the numbers. I was advised that it was a Microsoft problem and to take it up with them. I didn't see it that way. Best Buy sold me the software program and therefore was liable. If I bought a computer monitor and took it home and it didn't work "out of the box," it would have been a Best Buy problem. Why wouldn't that also be true here ? It took the store manager (Chey Anne) to get involved and solve my problem. I made several trips to the store before I was able to walk away satisfied. She made it happen !!! This rub off "stuff" is just no darn good..............

It had been a while since I upgraded. I found a lot of nice new features.

The product came with my new computer and it was a great addition. I have all the necessities needed to complete my computer purchase.

I was able to use my Microsoft account immediately after I downloaded it. Very convenient since I got it product via email.
