I did not know it was a virtual download, which was great because I didn't have to wait for shipping. I received it through an email link to install. However, It never mentioned anything about a digital download, so I was under the impression I would receive an actual Microsoft Office Program box. My only complaint is for the title to include digital or virtual download/order.

A little cumbersome loading on my new laptop, and on my phone it didn't think I did it and then it did then it didn't then finally did.
