Please check my receipt but I think her name was Jessica? She was very helpful. I know we older folks are a pain sometimes but she never made me feel like I was bothering her. I love the laptop she helped me pick out. The Geek Squad was great also. Same thing, lots of patients with us older folks. You have no idea how helpful it is to have help figuring all this out. Makes us spend more. :-)
