It loaded with no problems and recognizes all of my older files. It was much easier to make the upgrade this time than it has been in the past. I probably won’t use all of the programs but it is good to know that I have them if I do.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The only thing I might have to say that would count as a negative is Microsoft's current process for renewing yearly subscriptions of this product. They have literally taken a single step process and convoluted it into a guessing game of how to do it coupled with prompts that tell you how to do it, but are not correct. I wish they would just have a extend subscription with key button and allow me to add a new key, and in 20 seconds be on my way to using Word. A yearly annoyance, but a significant one that makes me want to spend the extra money for the lifetime version.

However, the secret pins and passwords were a living nightmare! It took me 2 or more days to get it straightened out. And to get it to coincide with my phone was tricky too. However, I loved the printer and how I can print from my phone. All in all I liked it. Philippians 4:6,7
