I like the way it works. It’s very easy to access.

Office 365 works really well for my business and I like how you just download the software.

Although this used to come free with new computers and doesn't anymore, we purchased the software so my kids can do their school reports.

Have this as a gift. This will be a great system for them to use.

It is very convenient that my wife and I can share files back and forth without having to eMail them back and forth. It will also nice that we can load WORD to our phones once we discover how much space it will occupy. Hopefully it will be worth it to have both PCs with the same software level.

Good product just dont like the fact you pay for something and have to pay for it again every year.

Helped make the switch from PC to Mac much easier. If Office is a reason you don't want to switch to Apple then this solves that problem.

My primary Office products are Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. I am very pleased with what I am able to do with those products. Whether or not I will ever have the time to use Publisher or Access, remains to be seen, but I am glad that they are included. They are both excellent tools and I hope to be able to use them in the future.

What do you say, it is Microsoft Office. It works well and has all the updates. I would like to buy the program and not rent it year to year.

Microsoft 365 works as expected and like other Microsoft products is well worth the purchase.

This review is not specific to MS Office 365 but to my overall experience when I purchased it. The product itself definitely merits Five Stars, but my experience interacting with the "Geek Squad" male individual who assisted in installing MS Office 365 in my laptop is bereft of any common courtesy and professionalism that I rate him One Star. He was so condescending with older customers/seniors that he has made me want to stop my Total Tech membership with Brea. He was so rude to me that it drove me to ask him: "Why are you so rude?" He is a liability to the Total Tech program.

I had to wipe my computer recently and needed to purchase this Microsoft (MS) suite because I could not find the receipt for my MS 2013 suite purchase from a few years ago. Normally I am annoyed with the upgrades, as a feature I have grown to love disappears and it takes me forever to get re-acclimated. This upgrade was not frustrating at all and nothing I use seems to have been moved. I like that it is a yearly subscription so I can renew and upgrade whenever necessary. I also like that I was able to use it on my iPad!
