LOVE IT!!! Works great with the HP Laptop I also purchased from Best Buy

I purchased Microsoft 365 with my computer. It was an excellent value.

The updated version of office 365 is a must have. There are a few updates which makes it more user friendly.

The product I purchased is fine, what lacked was customer service from geek squad. The desk was seriously understaffed. I found 6 employees standing around visiting with each other and a manager and when approached about maybe helping the long line of people at geek squad they scattered like flies. When I asked the young female manager if someone could help, she said no.. they were scheduled on the floor and couldn’t leave it to help out.. when asked if she could help, she gave the same runaround. When I asked for the name and best way to contact the store’s general manager I was told to call the stores main number and ask for them that way. When I asked her for the best time to reach them I was told, “I don’t know their schedule” in a rude tone.

I purchased this with my new laptop, it loads fast and does what it says. I liked that I could install it on two devices.

I love it cause it is very easy to use it. Microsoft 365 is very important to me as an educator. I would like to commend the people who are working so hard especially the branch of best buy in Garnier.

Not happy with Microsoft right now and talking to a live person for help is impossible. Accidentally activated two subscriptions and have been trying to get Microsoft to credit me back for one of them. They are basically telling me "Sorry no refunds!" I also don't like that they have gone to an $99.00 annual subscription.

I like having access to this suite of products. There are products that I don't use, but it's nice to have the functionality.

Microsoft 365 has all of the features we need for our son to use during college.

Got this when I purchased my new laptop. This made it very easy to get it up and running right away. I wish it wasn’t an annual cost though. It was much better when you purchased it once. it was one and done until you wanted to upgrade.

Great add on for any computer or laptop gifts, something they will need.

Microsoft just keeps getting better and better. There are lots of new features that save my time. It almost thinks for me.

It was free with my laptop purchase, i have not loaded it yet because i have a full version of office that i have used instead.

Easy install, works without a hitch, and has yet to crash on me.

so far have only used Excel and Publisher, but seems to be working OK. I am a little sketchy on how touse the cloud storage.
