Great product. I was able to use the products immediately after downloading.

It's Microsoft Office, so you're familiar with the features. It's an updated version from what I'm used to, so I'm still learning about One Drive. However, I think it'll be useful once I get the hang of it. This is the first time I've tried a subscription to Microsoft Officevs a standalone copy. I haven't installed my additional copy on my tablet yet, but I plan to! I'm looking forward to being able to work from home when necessary.

Bought for my grandsons computer for college does everything he needs

I've worked on 365 professionally for years now, and have loved it! I am new with the Personal version and havent yet figured out how to get my outlook working but everything else is working wonderfully. So glad to be in the cloud!

At the start I told the agent that I was an old man and computer illiterate. The agent talked clearly, which is unusual these days, patient, understanding and made his suggestions and answers to my questions plain and simple for me to understand. He sounded like he really enjoyed his job and made me feel important. We need more like him these days.

Super easy installation. Only delay was the codes and keys came before my computer was ready for pickup at store. I had a promo to pair with a new Mac, so this just made a lot of sense to bundle. So far, everything works really well.

Can't live without it. Cost could be a little better, but then again, what you gain in functionality and convenience is worth the price, specially One Note. Used Google Docs for some time, about two years and went back to MSoffice. There is just some little functionalities that make it better.

365 is great. It's the purchase that went sour. The salesperson told me to subscribe to the individual 365. I did so & when we went to buy another computer, the account was all screwed up. They said we should have never un subscribed to family 365. The switched us back to family. I have no idea now what I'm being charged

I got this for my new Surface Pro 3. I'm not a fan of subscription services for essential, everyday work tools like Office. I'm a long time windows user, so I was hesitant about buying a version of Office that has to be renewed regularly. I may end up switching to a different version, but for the price this is a great short term option. I also love the 1TB of cloud storage & the option of adding Office features on my iPhone & iPad.

I would have actually preferred the business version, but I love MS 365. I work best in word and excel I prefer the documents to those found elsewhere. The 12 month subscription allows me to be able to work for an entire year before having to worry about purchasing a new subscription. This was perfect for me.
