If you're still under a subscription you have to wait until it ends to use this for a new one. The directions to use it aren't wholly clear. The product is as it always was.

When he set it up, he also purchased the 1 yr subscription and Installed that one. I need to either have one of those subscriptions be moved to the following year or ask for a refund. Can you help me with this? The computer is great! He loves it. Thank you
