I was able to attach Microsoft 365 to a bundle, and it came with my laptop at a relatively cheaper price than I would have paid if I had bought the items separately.

Having this along with the computer makes my life much better and I can operate right from the start. I can create flyers and other materials needed for my business. I have to sign in to save my docs. I'm not sure if this is supposed to be this way (reason for 3).

It’s ok. I’m still getting used to it. It has some features I don’t really use like PowerPoint. It’s a good product.

I use this program constantly at work. From word documents to Excel spreadsheets for work. It is super easy to use and navigate and would recommend this to anyone that has used Microsoft programs in the past. Super excited!!!!

Microsoft 365 is a great program to have on hand. It's very user friendly. As a journalist working from home, it helps me immensely with my writing. Wow the accessories that come with this product make my life so much easier. When it comes to filing or creating documents I have an easy way of getting it done while storing it securely.

I love using my MS products and it was easy to install and operate.

I tried "saving money" and switching to the free google drive and docs, didn't work in professional settings. I got frustrated and finally switched back to Microsoft. Life just functions better with Microsoft!

The supervisor Chris saved the day for me by getting geek squad to help me renew my Microsoft subscription. I had initially tried to renew online, and then via telephone but had run into problems because my iCloud storage had shrunk back to regular size and therefore my emails stopped functioning completely. Lesson learnt to either do automatic renewal or at least before the renewal date to prevent the difficulties i ran into.
