The instructions & hints were very easy to follow.

Worth the money...

Then again, I can't BUY a Smart phone and have to lease it these days. That being said, it works fine and am pleased, since I have so many documents on my computer in Word and Excel.

Works great on my MacBook! Reminder emails were appreciated from Best Buy to go in an activate or download the package. I recommend purchasing the Microsoft package 365 with any computer purchase.

Outstanding Agent

The agent talked clearly, which is unusual these days, patient, understanding and made his suggestions and answers to my questions plain and simple for me to understand.
