    The download went well and says you are ready to go when done. Not the case. The Office software needs to be installed which is a separate process. The price is too high considering you need to pay every year, but Best Buy has no control over that.

    If you use your laptop for personal or work, make the purchase as these applications are used daily. The only downfall you have to renew the subscription every year.

    I had problems trying to set up and activate my MS 365. My new laptop was giving me the option to set up and activate this on the device, not with the code and activation card I purchased at the store.
