However, when my old computer hard drive failed these could not be recoverred, and I have long since lost any record of my old License Numbers. So this was a perfect time to upgrade to the MS-Office 365. All of my old Excel, Word and PowerPoint files work on the new software, and annual fees should not be a problem.

When I went back to the store and went to the Geek dept I believe it was the manager that had to intervene for me to get taken care of. He did get me taken care of but I should not have had to go through all of that. Plus I purchased technical support and could not get through on the phone!

So I was having a terrible time trying to get the number to work. Easier after I read the E-mail. Maybe you should either print that on the ticket or somewhere so clueless people like me would have a clue. Also everyone I spoke to said I should have bought it from Microsoft instead of through you. I did not even know that was an option.
