It's subscription based for those that don't have or want to spend huge money on Microsoft Office 365 personal via disk. It 70 dollars a year so not bad. All around decent price and all updates on Microsoft are just automatic. Hassle Free... Would recommend this product to others.

Not very easy use to install.

THe instructions are not very easy to read and use. This needs to be rewritten. I do not like that you have to purchase when subscrition runs out. Once installed it should work from then on.
