Coming from older versions of these programs, I am finding the transition to be very hard. I got help from your Geek Squad but it was not enough for me. There was a lot to learn and I pretty much could not use the programs for several days. I am still trying to figure out some basic things.

The Office package is okay, but can be easily replaced by free software that is just as good or better. I wanted Access to work in OneDrive, but it does not. I hear the other Office products only have limited funcionality when used in the cloud. They all work fine when loaded to my desktop. Also the new version of Excel no longer imports Lotus files (.wks, .wk1) which seems really lame since it is probably only a few lines of code.
