I was leary of installing any systems. I was prepared to have issues with installing this prodcuct in my computer. I was pleasantly surprised that it went smoothly with clear easy instructions. It pretty much installed itself!

However i did not receive the 1 Tb of storage that comes with the subscription. Best Buy refused to help me. They said to call microsoft. Microsoft said to call best buy. Best Buy would not take my call. I will no longer do business with best buy because they do not support what they sell
