Seems to be working as intended. Wish I didn't have to pay a subscription to use, but it seems to be working seamlessly.

Good product for my office work, especially the invoices.

Great product, it has all of the apps necessary to get all my work done.

The guy who helped me tried to hard to upgrade me...not everyone who does grahic design needs a design computer...I knew what I needed coming in, and instead of answering my questions directly, he kept trying to get me to spend out of my budget. When I finally took a firm approach and told him "no, that's too much, this is my budget"...he had the audacity to recommend I put it on my credit cards and make monthly payments, I went from frustrated to angry...I don't need a best buy clerk trying to get up in my finances... I just wanted to come in and buy a computer..should have taken less than a half an hour..took over an hour. The product is good...I just wish that the clerk was more concerned with my needs and budget rather than his up-selling.

I always liked to be connected to my Microsoft account and 365 personal Microsoft let me be better connected, in addition to being able to execute actions in Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Yes, I can say that I love this application.

I already have it but I was surprised to find out that i could ad another years subscription for half price, which I did

So grateful the Geek Squad set all of this up for me. It was so easy, and I had no frustration when I returned home to use my new product.

This is an essential need if you do anything serious on your computer. I use it mostly for Word and PowerPoint but there is a lot more available to you in this package.

The product is good. But Subscription services are NOT what I would choose. I would much rather just purchase the actual product for use on my machine once.

I didn't like the idea that you now have to pay for what I consider the most basic functions of a laptop/computer. The laptop is basically useless without it!!!

Awesome productivity suite for my daughter as she schools from home. Works well with Microsoft Teams for students that are remote learning. :)

Bought the 4 yr option. A really great value for a great product.

Works pretty smooth with my new computer. Had to set up everything from scratch.

Has everything I use. Super easy to install. Will renew subscription next year.

My wife subscribed to office 365 and had to cancel it the next day because her laptop was too old to use it effectively. So we bought a new laptop, got a free year, and we're rolling ahead. Take that, planned obsolescence!

I have been using programs such as Word and Excel for many years, and when I bought a new computer I knew that I would want to have these programs installed. i decided to go with the 12-month subscription version, largely because it also includes 1 TB of online cloud storage. The OneDrive storage actually works much better than the cloud backup program that I had been using, and I am easily able to access all of my backed-up files on my iPhone. As an added bonus, the Outlook email program is much better than the windows program.
