SEEMS TO FREEZE SOMETIMES ON EXCEL. ON WORD SOMETIMES IT FREEZES AND I HAVE LOST DATA I HAVE IMPUTED. I'VE ALWAYS USED A HP/WINDOWS SYSTEM, SO I GUESS THIS IS A NEW EXPERIENCE USING OFFICE 365. I MISS SOME OF THE OLD BUTTONS WHEN YOU FIRST GET ON WORD. WHERE IS ASKS YOU IF YOU WANT TO START A NEW DOCUMENT. ON THE LEFT SIDE BAR IT GAVE YOU MORE OPTIONS. CHANGE IS GOOD, JUST HAVV TO ADAPT.

I didn't really have much of a care about any of the features this came with as I already had a 365 subscription through my university. However, I can now say that I'm glad I decided to go ahead and purchase the newest personal version with the full suite of features. It has helped me be more productive with work and school than I ever have been, and the windows defender security program has helped me out immensely.

Given, the current pandemic crisis, Office 365 - Teams has been an integral tool when providing IT support. There are so many unknowns when providing IT support to users from the devices, ISPs, and/or user's tech knowledge, Teams has made IT support that much easier. I like that nearly all apps can be accessed via a web version so that users can pick up where they left off without missing a beat.
