These programs supply more editing than I was ready for. I like to decide what I'm going to do and not let the program dictate the next step, but every version needs a new feature and that's what has been added.

It gives the seller a "revenue stream," but is a recurring cost for the user. Unless there is a special deal when it expires, I will probably go back to using Open Office, which is free, and does everything, but is not really the standard.

It downloaded without a glitch. I like messing around with Excel and composing letters with WORD. PowerPoint I don't use a much anymore, but it's there. So far, no glitches.

It was easy to set up on my HP Chromebook and I am finding the Microsoft 365 to be easy to use. The only thing that I don't like is that it doesn't include Microsoft Access.

Supposedly I purchased a plan giving me access to 365 on 5x computers. There is no way to contact MS about a replaced computer. Their Customer Service contact is not useful.
