Have always used Microsoft products and have always found them to be user friendly

Microsoft Office is a universal product that is pretty much the standard for any document or presentation you need to create or share. I love that Microsoft always makes it easy to create compatable formats if the version you are using is different from the file you are trying to open! Couldn't live without it on my computer.

Office 365 works very well, but for a home user this subscription model can become very expensive in the long run. Home users don't require to upgrade every new release so the old model may result in substantial savings. If you don't need any of the new features I strongly suggest you to continue using Office 2013 for a longer time.

Everyone knows Word is great - It's compatible with so many products and the newer version seems to be even faster, less buggy, and overall great quality as usual. It's a must for my law school work. Only downside is that I'm not a fan of subscription based purchases, but that seems to be the way a lot of companies are going.

Like all Microsoft products it delivers as always. Easy to install and the same functionality in an updated form.

Microsoft 365 includes all of the tools i need to use on a daily basis.

Easy to use and set up and works great for the price

We purchased the bundle for my daughter when we bought her her new Macbook Pro for school. This was a great deal as we needed to purchase Office for her anyway and it happened to be included in the bundle. Same user friendly program with plenty of help if needed. I ended up purchasing a 5 license key program for work, also.

I bought Microsoft Office 365 as a present for my daughter, a college professor. She likes to use her downtime to work on the book she is writing, as well as grant writing. Coupled with a her new ipad and a bluetooth keyboard she can work at a coffee shop, park bench or at her desk. She can easily import or export her documents.

I'm still getting used to the various things it can do. So far I have been able to customize some of my preferences. There are so many options.

Quick setup following new laptop purchase. Everything works! Enough said!!

Learning curve getting back to Microsoft after using Apple. Pleased with the ease of using the system and was fully functional again within days.

Of the software because it lets you know when it needs to be updated and it's really good quality it the latest features and I would recommend it

I needed Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point for school. This product had it all and then some, plus I got a great deal! 15 months, instead of the usual 12 months. Everything works perfectly with my Windows computer.

Does what I need! Just like being in the office. All I need now is Adobe Acrobat.

I believe Microsoft should low their price on the some products after all is good

I’ve seen this at other places for $10 to $20 more, so I’m grateful for Best Buy.

As someone who had only worked with desktop computers and Windows Vista, I found the learning curve on this to be a long ladder up and down, with an inflection point at the top the size of a quarter. But for anyone born in this century, it will be a breeze.

The purchase and installation of the software was easy to use and seamless. Valuable software that is necessary to my business. An outstanding library of templates that you can use to create your own business documents. All in all very pleased.

Great price great value, Like to have a physical copy of my license in case I lose it from purchasing online
